Kenya - Washed
from $18.00
This is one of my favorite coffees that I have roasted so far. It is very clean, bright, with slightly floral notes, and a cocoa undertone. The green apple acidity is the flavor that shines through the most, with the cocoa and floral notes in the finish.
Costa Rica - Honey
from $15.00
Currently my Cafe Staple coffee. It lends itself to a very satisfying cup and general crowd pleaser. Great for milk drinks, or by itself if you enjoy a darker roast. I get notes of fruit leather, toasted walnuts, and red apple.
El Tigre - Washed
from $17.00
Beautiful red bourbon from El Savlador. Medium roast with flavors of Dark Chocolate, Cherries, and Caramel. As my gf says its like a cab sauv coffee - its not boozy though. Washed processed and a clean finish with a slightly syrupy mouthfeel.
